Shipping and Returns

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days of placement. Standard shipping is handled by UPS Ground or the US Postal Service. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, although larger orders or those placed during holiday seasons may experience longer shipping times. Below is a summary of our standard shipping and handling charges for deliveries within all US territories:

To expedite shipping, choose USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day).  The cost for express shipping is calculated based on package weight and your zip/postal code. If you prefer another carrier besides USPS or UPS, please contact us by phone or email, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS

Return Eligibility:

• Unopened items purchased from our online store can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

1. Contact Us: via phone, email, or contact form to initiate the return process, or for any questions.
2. Return Shipping Label: We will provide you with a return shipping label via email.
3. Packaging Instructions: 
• Ensure items are properly packed.
• For glassware, use bubble wrap, air pouches, or original packaging materials. Adjust the amount of protective material if not using the original shipping box.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned items, a refund for the cost of the product will be issued to your original payment method. (Shipping costs will not be refunded.)
• A $7.00 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from each return package.
• Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive and process your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used items cannot be returned.
• Items purchased from third-party resellers must be returned to the reseller.
